COMPANY BACKGROUND
The original company, Kodiak Drafting & Design, was founded in 2007 in Abbotsford B.C. Inspired to offer residential designs that reflect coastal and mountain lodge styles. The company found itself concentrating on the market needs of renovations and additions to existing single dwelling homes
We provided commercial tenant improvement design, as well as one of Vancouver’s first laneway homes.
We offered the market steel fabrication detailing packages for a metal fabricators who focused in heavy plate, bridge and marine fabrications.
We of offered the market estimation services for custom metal fabrication
Our location transferred to the city of Kelowna, British Columbia.
We re-branded the company to OKANADA, which is the merging of the names: Okanagan and Canada. We extended our services concentrate on management of construction projects and the consult businesses who want to optimization of processes or functions.
